Pierce Chapel will participate again this year in a special day known as Fasturday. As part of the Fasturday challenge, you are encouraged to donate canned goods and pray for the hungry. If possible, you are also challenged to fast on Nov. 21 to become familiar with the feelings of hunger that some people experience every day through food insecurity.
Food donations will need to be returned by Sunday, November 22.
Wyntonn has requested the following items for their seasonal needs:
Food Items: Chicken Broth, Cranberry Sauce, Boxed Stuffing, Canned Corn, Canned Green Beans, Canned Yams, Canned Fruit, Evaporated Milk, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Macaroni and Cheese, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Brownie Mix, Cornbread Mix. Non- Food Items Needed:Toilet Paper, Bar Soap, Laundry Detergent Pods
